Tilting of front glass

Vertical position. Position to remove glass. Open position.

Assembly

Drill position of base profile:

Use the screws provided to attach to a multiplex board.
If case surface differs, select suitable fastening material.
Screws are to be screwed from above into the holes specified in the base profile.

Use two adjusting elements per glass.

The adjusting elements have got layers of self-adhesive foil on the bottom side - do not remove them!
When using glass of 6 mm thickness yet another self-adhesive foil is to be fixed on the bottom side of the adjusting elements.
Moreover an additional foil can be applied when using other glass thicknesses in order to reduce locking force of the hardware.

During assembly the contact surfaces of the profiles sliding on each other must be treated with the cleaning and care product F.L. 5.

Position the adjusting elements as centrally and symetrically as possible to the length of the glass.

The groove of the adjusting elements (B) should be aligned with the drill groove of the base profile (A).

Insertion of front glass

6 or 8 mm glass thickness: use plastic U profile.
10 mm glass thickness: stick self-adhesive foil on both sides of the pane.

Then insert clamp element and glass into the glass clamp profile and tighten screws with 0.6-0.8 Nm.

Insert hardware into base profile tilting the glass slightly towards customer side of counter.

Adjusting tilt of front glass

Open glass and remove front.
Slightly unscrew screws of adjusting elements. Shift adjusting elements parallel to length of hardware, by one line.

Shift adjusting elements in direction of service side = glass tilts more to customer side.

Shift adjusting elements in direction of customer side = glass tilts more to service side.

Reinsert glass front and close hardware.

External corner 90° or 135°

Cut angle of base profile according to mitre, while the glass clamp profile is to be cut straightly.
The corner needs additional elements within the base profile. Make the assembly of two supports and one cap accordingly:

1 - support
2 - screw
3 - cap

The corners require glass cut-out as follows.
